Artemis Hatfield (She/They) is an artist based in the South of England. Their work is driven from her experiences as a queer & trans person, and takes a post-medium approach to express this.
Through expressing themes of identity, politics, mental health, and queerness, she uses their practice to challenge and explore misconceptions, prejudice and unjust norms within society as well as developing a deeper understanding of herself.
BA (Hons) Photography at Arts University Bournemouth, 2022-2025
Hatfield founded Delos Publishing in 2023, with their premier publication Carnations, Violets & Lavender, a zine promoting the work of LGBTQ+ Artists in the UK.
Since then, they have published more zines with Delos Publishing, both featuring other artists and artwork from Hatfield’s own practice.
